Disclaimer

Should any of the pets covered under the paw+ membership be injured during their stay as a result of self-harm, accident, attack, other injury, or illness. 4PAWS will cover the cost of the veterinary care**. Should the injury/illness result from circumstances prior to boarding i.e. ingesting items at home, prior medical condition, PAWS+ membership will not cover the cost associated with treatment, diagnosis, care or Hospitalization.

K9 Influenza, Canine parainfluenza virus, Canine adenovirus type 2, Canine influenza virus (subtypes H3N2 and H3N8, Canine respiratory coronavirus, Canine herpesvirus-1, Canine distemper virus, and other unknown upper respiratory viruses, treatment, diagnosis, and hospitalization are not covered by PAWS+.

Gastric dilatation-volvulus (GDV) aka Bloat treatment, diagnoses, and or hospitalization is not covered by PAWS+.

External parasites (ticks, fleas and mange) treatment, diagnoses, and or, hospitalizations is not covered by PAWS+

Leptospirosis diagnosis, treatment, and or hospitalization is not covered by PAWS+.

Fungal infections (blastomycosis, histoplasmosis, cryptococcosis, coccidioidomycosis, etc. treatment, diagnosis, hospitalization, and care are not covered by PAWS+

Intestinal parasites such as roundworms, hookworms, whipworms and tapeworms, diagnosis, treatment, hospitalization, and care are not covered by PAWS+.

4PAWS LLC Reserves the right to refuse coverage for treatment, diagnosis, hospitalization for any other illness not listed above and the owner shall be responsible for any veterinary care for their animal.

**100% covered refers to 4PAWS LLC will cover the cost of the initial veterinarian care, but per 4PAWS LLC boarding agreement AKA 4PAWS BOARDING AGREEMENT, owners will be responsible for reimbursement of all care not covered by the PAWS+ membership.
